At APO the health and safety of all our patrons and staff remains our priority in line with the Covid-19 Protection Framework.
From 5 April 2022 My Vaccine Pass will no longer be required for Auckland Live venues (i.e. Auckland Town Hall & Aotea Centre). APO will continue to liaise with managers of other venues that are used and provide relevant information as it becomes available.
*Please note that reference above to "vaccinated" means vaccinated against Covid-19 in accordance with one of the vaccination options recognised under section 5(1) of the Covid-19 Public Health Response Act 2020.
Scanning in using the NZ Covid Tracer App or entering your contact details manually at points of entry is no longer required at APO events and the venues where these events are held.
All staff working at the venue will be wearing masks.
It is strongly recommended that audience members also wear masks when they are in the venue.
We will comply with government and venue requirements if this changes in any way. Any specific changes will be provided in APO pre-concert information that is usually sent out a week before the concert. Signage outlining all entry requirements will be displayed at venue entry points.
All APO staff, musicians, artists, volunteers, contractors, and staff working inside the venues that APO use are currently fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
In Auckland Live venues, including Auckland Town Hall and the Aotea Centre, all staff will also be wearing facemasks.
Please play your part in helping keep everyone safe by sanitising your hands at the on-site sanitiser stations prior to entry and where possible, maintaining a one-metre distance from staff and other people.
If you are feeling unwell or have Covid-19 symptoms, been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19, are awaiting the results of a Covid-19 test, are subject to isolation requirements or have visited a location of interest we ask that you stay at home and do not enter our venues.
There may be restrictions on numbers depending on the event and/or venue and Covid-19 Protection Framework settings. We will be in touch if anything changes.
We ask that you and your guests make a reasonable assessment of your health status before attending an APO event. If you or someone you have been in contact with are displaying symptoms of Covid-19, please contact APO Ticketing regarding your ticket options:
