Trusts and Foundations Manager

Full-time

Reporting to the Director of Development, this is a key role in a tight knit development team which will manage and grow the trusts and foundations income for the APO. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing compelling and successful funding applications and accountability reports
  • Managing the annual grants calendar
  • Identifying new funding opportunities
  • Stewarding key funders

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience in trusts and grants fundraising in a charity environment and a relevant tertiary qualification.  Exceptional oral & written communication and relationship management skills and strong attention to detail are a must. 

You will thrive in a tight knit motivated team environment, show good initiative and have a high EQ.  We’re looking for a team player keen to share their love of orchestral music and inspire others to support the APO.

This role is a full time role, based in Auckland, with an intermediate salary and some work outside office hours.
