Ticketing and Subscriptions Assistant

An opportunity to work for Auckland’s largest performing arts organisation during its most exciting time.
We are looking for two customer service superstars to join the Business Partnerships and Marketing team at Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra (APO), during the organisation’s busy subscription period.
The Ticketing and Subscriptions Assistants will work alongside the current APO Ticketing staff as a primary contact point with customers wishing to make a subscription to the 2018 season. You’ll be taking bookings, answering customer queries and helping to maintain the APO’s customer database.
To be successful in this role you will need to be organised, proactive and work well under pressure; a passion for the arts is desirable. We’re a happy team who enjoy meeting our customers and giving them the best possible experience when subscribing to the APO.
