APO announces artist change for Metlifecare Unwrap Saint-Saëns’ Organ Symphony

Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra (APO) has announced artist changes to Metlifecare Unwrap the Music: Unwrap Saint-Saëns Organ Symphony taking place on Wednesday 2 September at Auckland Town Hall.

Music educator Marija Naumovska will join the APO as presenter for this concert, sharing the stories behind the music. Vincent Hardaker, APO Assistant Conductor-in-Residence, will conduct the concert and guest organist Rebecca-Soojung Lee will play the magnificent Auckland Town Hall Organ.

Naumovska and Hardaker replace the previously advertised Graham Abbott for this concert. Graham is unable to travel to New Zealand due to the current border restrictions in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. APO looks forwarding to hosting him again in Auckland for future Unwrap concerts.
